Our Australian footprint comprises a local presence in both Sydney and Melbourne including client servicing, portfolio management, and local investment teams.
As Australia’s headquarters, Sydney houses DWS’s investment team managing our Australian REIT & APAC Real Estate securities portfolios. A part of the global Liquid Real Assets platform, the team manages various investment strategies on behalf of both separate accounts and fund clients globally.
In addition, our Sydney based domestic direct real estate team comprising transactions and asset management, is part of DWS’s long tenured global direct real estate business. Australia is one of five strategically located offices in the Asia Pacific region, signifying the importance we place on local knowledge informing transaction decisions.
