The DWS Americas Client Coverage organization, led by JJ Wilczewski, held its annual Impact Conference for more than 200 employees.
The purpose of the conference is to set the agenda and tone for the year ahead. An important part of the Impact Conference is celebrating individual and team achievements for service to DWS’s clients. The winners of the awards represent DWS’s culture and leadership.
