Education

Professional career

Karen Kuder joined Deutsche Bank AG in 2001 and worked in a variety of areas in the
legal department in Frankfurt, London, New York and Luxembourg. She has been
Associate General Counsel since 2014 and Managing Director since 2015. In the years
following, she held various managerial positions with global responsibility in the legal
department. From 2018 to 2020, she was Chief Governance Officer of Deutsche Bank AG.
From 2020 to 2022, she was General Counsel of the Deutsche Bank Group, responsible
for Legal, Group Governance and Data Privacy.
